By using ShadowPrep, you agree to the following protocols. We keep it simple: use it responsibly, respect the system, and understand the limits.

Service Model & Cost

ShadowPrep operates on a Freemium model. Core features remain free for all users.

ShadowPrep Premium Pass:(Off the Radar) require a one-time purchase of a 30-Day Pass for $1 (or equivalent).

Payments are securely processed via Dodo Payments. These are one-time payments, not recurring subscriptions.

OpenRouter API:ShadowPrep offers optional integration with OpenRouter for premium cloud AI models via BYOK (Bring Your Own Key). Credits for these models are purchased directly from OpenRouter. ShadowPrep does not handle, process, or benefit from those payments in any way. OpenRouter usage is subject to OpenRouter's own terms and billing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ShadowPrep for any purpose that is:

  • Against local, state, or international laws.
  • Involved in the reverse engineering or unauthorized distribution of our binary software.
  • Aiming to disrupt or overload our AI infrastructure through automated scripts or abuse.

The "As-Is" Clause

ShadowPrep is an experimental AI tool. We provide the software "as-is" without any warranty of any kind.

  • Accuracy: AI-generated content can be incorrect or biased. You are responsible for verifying any information provided by the AI.
  • Liability: We are not liable for any professional, legal, or personal consequences resulting from the use of our software. Usage is at your own discretion.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to ShadowPrep for users who violate our technical protocols or engage in abusive behavior toward the system.
