Refund Policy

ShadowPrep Premium Pass operates on a 30-Day Pass system. Purchasing a pass grants you exactly 30 days of access to all advanced stealth and premium features.

Cancellations: Because this is a one-time pass and not a recurring subscription, there is no "autopay" to cancel. Your 30-Day Pass will naturally expire.

Refunds: As ShadowPrep digital passes grant instant access, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable. However, if you experience significant technical failures that prevent you from using the service, please contact us.

Third-Party Services: Our refund policy only applies to the Shadow Premium Pass. Credits purchased for third-party integrations (such as OpenRouter) are handled directly by the service provider. ShadowPrep does not handle, process, or refund payments for these external services.
